OUR PROMISE

Drive Auto Body stands behind the repair work listed on the final invoice. If a covered workmanship issue occurs while the named customer owns the vehicle, we will inspect the concern and, if covered, correct it at no charge. Customer satisfaction is our priority—contact us first so we can inspect and address the concern promptly.

FULL LIFETIME REPAIR WARRANTY - OEM REPAIR

The full Drive Auto Body limited lifetime repair warranty applies to the repair services and OEM replacement parts listed on the final invoice when all of the following are documented in the repair file:

  • OEM replacement parts were used for the covered repair. For this certificate, "OEM parts" means parts purchased directly from the vehicle manufacturer. Parts purchased from a third-party vendor do not qualify as OEM parts under this warranty, even if the vendor describes them as OEM.
  • The required pre-repair scan was completed.
  • The required post-repair scan was completed.
  • Required ADAS calibrations and other required safety procedures were completed.

For eligible work, Drive Auto Body warrants its workmanship for as long as the customer named on the final invoice owns the vehicle. Covered workmanship includes the proper completion, attachment, fit, alignment, and application of the repair work performed by Drive Auto Body, including paint or refinish work to the extent the issue is caused by our workmanship.

ALTERNATE OR AFTERMARKET PARTS

If an aftermarket or other alternate part is used and identified on the final invoice, that part is covered only for the written warranty provided by its manufacturer or vendor. Drive Auto Body does not convert an alternate part warranty into an OEM part warranty.

Drive Auto Body's labor and installation workmanship for that part remains covered for as long as the customer named on the final invoice owns the vehicle, subject to the conditions and exclusions in this certificate. Drive Auto Body does not accept customer-supplied parts.

If a required scan, calibration, or safety procedure is declined or not completed, the full lifetime warranty does not apply to the affected repair scope. Any limited coverage that does apply must be identified on the final invoice or an attached written document.

WHAT THIS WARRANTY COVERS

This certificate covers defects in Drive Auto Body's workmanship that are directly attributable to the repair services listed on the final invoice, including a covered repair that does not remain properly attached, fitted, aligned, or applied because of our workmanship.

This certificate does not create coverage for work that was not performed, was not listed on the final invoice, or was declined by the customer.

WHAT THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

  • A later collision, impact, theft, vandalism, or other outside event.
  • Abuse, misuse, neglect, improper care, or failure to follow reasonable manufacturer maintenance.
  • Normal wear, stone chips, scratches, road debris, or environmental, chemical, flood, fire, or weather damage.
  • Rust, corrosion, prior damage, or a pre-existing condition not caused by the warranted repair.
  • A defect in an aftermarket or alternate part itself beyond the manufacturer's or vendor's written warranty.
  • An unrelated mechanical, electrical, electronic, ADAS, or vehicle-system condition.
  • Unauthorized alteration, modification, or repair by another person or business before Drive Auto Body has had a reasonable opportunity to inspect.
  • A customer-declined scan, calibration, safety procedure, repair step, or limited repair option.
  • Consequential, incidental, rental, transportation, or loss-of-use costs unless Drive Auto Body separately agrees to them in writing.

HOW TO REQUEST WARRANTY SERVICE

Only the customer named on the final invoice may submit a warranty claim. A later vehicle owner, another person, or another repair facility may not transfer, submit, or enforce a claim under this certificate. Contact Drive Auto Body at 951-268-3006 and provide the named customer's name, vehicle, R.O. number, and final invoice. Make the vehicle reasonably available for inspection. Drive Auto Body will determine whether the concern is related to covered workmanship or to a part, condition, or event outside this certificate.

If the concern is covered, Drive Auto Body will determine the appropriate corrective remedy and may repair, re-perform, adjust, refinish, or replace the affected item at its discretion. A customer may not require replacement when Drive Auto Body reasonably determines that repair or another corrective method will properly correct the covered issue. Covered corrective work will be performed at no charge. Drive Auto Body must have a reasonable opportunity to inspect and correct the covered concern before another repair facility changes the affected work, except when immediate action is reasonably required for safety or to prevent further damage.

DURATION AND OWNERSHIP

This warranty lasts for as long as the customer named on the final invoice owns the vehicle. It is non-transferable. Only that named customer may submit a warranty claim. No later owner or other person receives warranty rights under this certificate.

This certificate is provided with the final invoice and is part of the repair file. It does not change the customer's right to choose a repair facility or any right that cannot lawfully be waived.
